Robert, please stop edit warring without giving legitimate reasons for why you're reverting. Using back to simple definition is a very poor reason to revert. Wiktionary should make words more clearer and just saying someone who acts like they know everything and isn't very clear. Besides know-it-all isn't a pejorative and you keep entering that back into the article 143.235.214.222 15:55, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

I am giving legitimate reasons; you just don't like them. Using big words to define a combination of simple words is not helpful. The definition was just fine. It certainly is a pejorative. (Although the UK form know-all can be used non-pejoratively.) Robert Ullmann 15:59, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
