This word doesn't exist in Turkish.

The word is mentioned in a blog, purported to be a guide to Turkification, proposing (among other things) to replace the loan word konferans by konuştay. I see a few older mentions but no clear uses.  --Lambiam 09:32, 30 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
