The spelling of mollusk/mollusc should be standardised in this article, even though both spellings are equally correct.

- I use the American spelling myself, so any 'triumph' on the part of the British English speakers is incidental. They are alternative spellings of each other, thus the use of Template:alternative spelling of; we shouldn't manually copy all the information from one to the other.
