Donkey Kong Country[edit]
There's a sign saying "NO HOPERS" in one of the Donkey Kong Country games where the characters who tried to beat the game are depicted or implied to have been there (e.g. Sonic's shoes ... Sega was Nintendo's primary rival at the time). But it's not clear whether it means "no-hopers wait here" or "none of you hopers are allowed". Oh well. Just thought I'd share.
