Eh?[edit]

What do you guys think? esp @J3133?

Cursory Googling shows people have no idea Latin papyraceous is available or that the Greeks used papyrine (πᾰπῡ́ρῐνος). They think that the adjective should be papyric (from nearly unattested [Lat. papyricus](https://logeion.uchicago.edu/papyricus) from apparently nonexistant πάπυρικος) and just use that.

Should this be the main term that papyraceous and other synonyms point towards? — LlywelynII 08:28, 8 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

@LlywelynII: The related Latin papyricus (in DMLBS) should also be mentioned. J3133 (talk) 08:33, 8 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
I see that you have already mentioned it above. I have, nevertheless, added it to the entry. J3133 (talk) 09:23, 8 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
According to the Google Ngram Viewer, papyraceous is more common. J3133 (talk) 09:26, 8 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
