The form of writing use to produce the intended sound, as in: English = ing-glish.

First sense is uncommon, but is easily citeable, tho by far the majority of hits on b.g.c are of it in various wordlists and dictionaries. This sense is not so easily citable and doesn't seem to fit anyway. — Carolina wren discussió 03:12, 9 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
