My guess is, you’re mistaken. Depends on the context or provenance. In airplane jargon, a belly wind can be a strong updraft localized at the plane’s belly. In Jamaica, Creole speakers use belly wind to mean the rumbling of the stomach, analogous to the belly of a hurricane. Newborn babies sometimes get belly wind, causing pain and crying, and they need to be burped.
