stilla#Swedish[edit]

Sense 3: "to feed". I've never heard exactly that meaning. What I think the contributor was thinking of is the expression/idiom "stilla hunger", which could be translated as "to still (somebody's feelings of) hunger", so yes, there may be a logical implication of someone being fed, but it's afaik not the immediate meaning of this word. I don't think the person responsible is checking here anylonger, otherwise I'd asked hir about the source of this... \Mike 11:30, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
