de-wikt and DWDS both call it an adjective, and it can probably be used that way, but if you look through the cites at DWDS, it's almost always used as an adverb. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 16:29, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
- Most German adjectives can be used as adverbs - or put differently, most German adjectives and adverbs have the same form. schnell mentions the adverb, but usually the adverb is omitted in both the English and the German wiktionary. - Very likely it would be better to mention adverbs generally like 'schnell Adj. = fast, quick; schnell Adv. = quickly (fastly)'. Then stimmenmäßig could be an adverb and an adjective (maybe rarely, maybe also proscribed like the adjectival use of adverbs in -weise). -84.161.59.115 18:29, 1 August 2017 (UTC)
