Is sense two actually correct? I myself would have thought that only sense 1 is correct, and people using it in sense 2 are doing so out of a misunderstanding... --124.19.0.118 11:35, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
it may well be a misunderstanding, but remember that the purpose of Wiktionary is to detail the way in which a word is commonly used, not how it ought to be used. Quinnov (talk) 09:15, 16 October 2018 (UTC)
