I think this is an abbreviation for something. I just found it in the Secret Treaty of Dover (1670) "And of all the conquests which shall be made from the States General his Majesty of Great Britain shall be content with the following places, viz., the island of Walcheren, Sluys, with the island of Cadsand (sic)
