Origins[edit]

Does anybody know where this term came from? We used it at Tandem Computers in the 1980s, but I have no idea whether it was in use earlier, whether we invented it, or whether it has multiple sources. Groogle (talk) 05:19, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
