Word history[edit]

I would dispute that the word originates in Russian. Russian is younger than Turkish. It has a lot of resemblance with the Norwegian word jord, and the Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Finish and Saami word jurta — This unsigned comment was added by Ivarmagneauestad (talkcontribs) at 14:25, 19 April 2011.

Inflection[edit]
