You seem to be thinking of Wiktionary as if it were an encyclopedia. As a dictionary we include as entries all words (and phrases) that have demonstrably been in use. If "zero-coupon security", "zero coupon security", "zero-coupon note", "zero coupon note" are in use and their meaning cannot be readily inferred from zero-coupon or zero coupon and the other constituent words, then they each deserve to be entries. I can't say I was "seeming" to think of anything other than I consider "zero-coupon security" to be the master word with "zero-coupon note" or "zero-coupon bond" or other "zero-coupon" words deriving from "zero-coupon security."

I'm finding that there is a tone on this wiktionary (from these comments and discussions on other entries) I've encountered that seriously discourages participation by others. I can see that participation is not for me. Regards to all.--68.173.2.68 12:16, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
