This template was originally designed to show alphagrams, but the experiment was abandoned and it now displays nothing unless as wikilink is present. Therefore, it can be removed wherever it is found.

The formatting is simple, e.g. for word:

* {{alphagram|dorw}} 

gives

WT:ELE says that alphagrams should not be linked, unless it is also a word, e.g. the alphagram of tar is "art". In this case just wikilink the parameter:

* {{alphagram|[[art]]}} 

gives
