This page contains usage information, categories, interwiki links and other content describing the template.

Originally from Template:ka-conj-table-c1/documentation. Use that for perfective irregular masdars.

This template is used for class 1 verb conjugation in Georgian, when all of the objects (2 or 3) of a verb are in 3rd person. Note that it is not used for those verbs, which have rare impf. vs pf. root difference aside from preverb (i.e. ჭამს). To use, write

where
3ps - 3rd person singular present indicative
vn - masdar or a verbal noun
prev - a preverb
ver - a version marker (ა/ი/უ)
r1-r3 - roots type 1-3. They are there to fix errors in root-changing conjugations
them - thematic suffix
aormark - aorist indicative marker (ე/ი)
3psaor - 3rd person singular aorist indicative marker (ა/ო)
optmark - optative marker (ა/ე/ო)
3pobj - 3rd person indirect object marker (0/ჰ/ს)
full3rdmark - full 3rd series additional thematic suffix (mostly ებ)
perf3rdmark - only perfect screeve additional thematic suffix (ავ/ამ)
perfmark - perfect marker for 3rd person (ს/ია) - type 1
pluperf - pluperfect marker (ა/ო/ინა)
perfsubj - perfect subjunctive marker (ა/ო/ინო)

Usages go as follows:
I. on root types
type 1 root (r1) is used for 1st series roots
type 2 root (r2) is used if 2nd series root differs
type 3 root (r3) is used to fix errors between two types of root change:
1. if verb root goes from no vowel to ა/ე, then:
ㄴ1.1. if vowel ა/ე in 3rd person aorist disappears, r3=r1. Type ხნავს, ბრდღვნის
ㄴ1.2. if vowel ა/ე in 3rd person aorist does not disappear, r3=r2. Type თლის
2. if verb root undergoes ე <-> ი vowel change, then r3=r2
3. if verb root doesn't change r1=r2=r3

II. on 3rd series thematic suffixes
Full 3rd series additional thematic suffix (full3rdmark) is used for perfect screeves which have a thematic suffix in all 3 screeves. This can either exist or not.
Only perfect screeve additional thematic suffix (perf3rdmark) is used for when only the 'perfect' has thematic suffix secured and other 2 don't. This has only 2 thematic suffixes: ავ and ამ.
If a verb doesn't have a thematic suffix at all (neither of above) then leave them blank.

III. 3rd person object marker
3rd person object marker is used if the transitive verb is ditransitive. If this is the case, for example in the likes of ჰპარავს, then the distribution goes as follows:
ჰ is used when the root (which doesn't have a versioner) starts with the letters ბ, პ, ფ; გ, კ, ქ; ყ
ს is used when the root (no versioner) starts with the letters დ, ტ, თ; ძ, წ, ც; ჯ, ჭ, ჩ
In other cases this is left as blank.
