Pagenumber[edit]

@Sgconlaw please see the citation at fashionable: it links the page to a url which does not exist (perhaps the page number needs to be left out?) – Jberkel 19:23, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Jberkel: Ah, I see the problem. It's been fixed. — SGconlaw (talk) 19:43, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Sgconlaw: Thanks! Another Shakespeare-related niggle, can {{RQ:Shakespeare Richard 3}} be changed to link to the Internet Archive instead of GB? I added a page number at nimbly, but the linked page does not correspond the actual page (173 > 17). – Jberkel 19:53, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Jberkel: Sure, though I can only do this later. I've been slowly replacing the GB links with the IA one, which is of better quality. (I think the reason why the GB links are wrong is because at some stage some of the GB works with irregular page numbering all had the links to their pages renumbered.) — SGconlaw (talk) 20:00, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Sgconlaw: No rush! I think I've mentioned this previously, it'd be great if we could give preference to IA scans in general, to avoid Google (notorious for shutting down services), and their tracking of our readership. – Jberkel 20:06, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Jberkel: yes, I recall you mentioning that, and when creating quotation templates I now generally look to see if a version is available at IA first. — SGconlaw (talk) 20:13, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
