I did it intentionally, and I wish to remain blocked. It keeps me from coming back...

I'm pretty sure that WP has a policy against self-requested blocks, and while I realize that it has no authority here, the consensus on WT is likely to be the same. The block tool isn't meant for enforcing wikibreaks or retirement. It would also cause some difficulty if you were to want to come back one day. Either way, you're still able to edit while not logged in, so owning a blocked account isn't really stopping you from editing anyway...
