Idiosyncrasies[edit]

Current[edit]

Past[edit]

  • Try to avoid Chinese entries - they are a mess here, mainly because of:
    • Illogical headings. Not chauvinistic in any way, but the Chinese varieties should just be grouped. The interdialectal differences are much less pronounced when written, making the efforts in breaking it down into 15 or so varieties unworthwhile. The current rules make Chinese entries very difficult to work with, especially the basic ones (they would probably end up like 安全, 祕密 when they reach a state considered "complete").
    • An ideal layout for Chinese character entries: , and for compound entries: 加油 (which unsurprisingly all got inexorably reverted).

  • obstipatee ― one who is obstipated, i.e. severely constipated for a long time
