Regarding adding audio to Hausa entries

[edit]

Sannu! Great to see your addition of your audio to Hausa entries! Just wanted to mention that when you are adding Hausa audio recordings for entries that have been made, I'd appreciate if you could also make a ===Noun=== Heading.

Ex: {{ha-noun|aikī̀}} for "aikī̀". For example, you put a pronunciation for akida, but you didn't actually define the word or put an entry. Make sure the entry also is properly tone marked and has the specific grammatical gender assigned to it, plus plurals.

==Hausa==
===Etymology===
===Pronunciation===
Here you can put your voice recording and IPA
*{{ha-IPA|aikī̀}}
===Noun=== (or verb/adverb/etc)
{{ha-noun|aikī̀|m|ayyukā̀|pl2=aikìce-aikìce}}

Also be sure to put the Hausa pronunciation under the Hausa entry. For example, Ajami, there is an English entry for "ajami," but you put the Hausa pronunciation under that. Next time, add an Hausa heading like I mentioned above if we don't already have an entry for that. Same here: Abeokuta, the Hausa pronunciation should go under an Hausa entry, not English.

We have a great introduction to adding Hausa entries Wiktionary:About Hausa, I think that should help. Let me know if you have any clarification questions.
