adieu

[edit]

Hi Agent Isai, what was your source for the erroneous Dutch word *atjüs in this edit? I have corrected it now. – gpvos (talk) 17:35, 25 April 2021 (UTC)

Hello Gpvos, I do believe that I copied the cognates from adiós, the word was added into the adiós entry in this revision. As I do not speak Danish, I do not know if the word does truly exist. A Google search for the word results in this Danish wikipedia article which mentions atjüs as a Danish word which came to the language through influence of Portuguese and Spanish speakers. Thanks! I had seen that one, but I didn't check the history correctly and thought that it was also made by you. And it has been corrected there by someone else. – gpvos (talk) 11:54, 27 April 2021 (UTC)

Are you really a Spanish native?

[edit]

these edits suggest otherwise. Roger the Rodger (talk) 10:12, 18 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Roger the Rodger I am, is it because of the accents? It's rather difficult to add accents on a keyboard, I actually wanted to later go on my phone to correct that but I forgot and left it without accents. Thanks for fixing it though! Much appreciated Agent Isai (talk) 15:24, 18 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
