Phonetics / IPA Needed:
[edit]- An IPA resource is needed here. Some symbols, such as scha and ash (/ә/ and /æ/) require me to cut-and-paste from a word processor, while /ʒ/ isn't even available there and must be taken from other articles. There should either be a phonetic symbols button, a set of well-publicized codes to created them, or at the very least, a public page from which they may be cut-and-pasted.
- Some words are transcribed in a very strange ways. I wonder if these were taken from Webster 1913, as the phonetic system has evolved substatially since them.
OK, found it :)
