May I request that you maintain to-do lists within your user space, possibly at User:IrishDragon/to-do list? The reason is not everyone visiting the Category page is involved in your project of updating tennis-related terms.

Incidentally, I reverted your edit to tennis ball. Wiktionary is interested in defining terms and phrases, and not in encyclopedic details. - Amgine/talk 07:01, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Userboxes[edit]

Please read WT:USER. You may use {{Babel}} - you may not use the others. This might sound draconian, but the amount of wasted effort that goes into user-pages on Wikipedia led to the decision (voted on by and strongly supported within the community) to ban them completely. I've just deleted the template you were using for them (as you'll have noticed). The fact that you are using Firefox is just advertising spam, The counter-vandalism unit is irrelevant (we have no similar structure). It's possible that we'd want to know which region you're in, but we have Wiktionary:Wiktionarians for that if any really cares. (On the same note, we have no "wikilove" templates or barnstars, if you want to thank someone, write a note to them; if they are good contributors, people will know anyway). Ouch...yeah, a bit harsh...not that I care much. But, I do believe in their usage to find people that have the same interests (like tennis; or like the "WikiProject" ones on WP, also the Admin ones; like I enjoy working with templates and categories. I will check out the Wiktionarians area. Thanks -- IrishDragon 05:50, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
