I've blocked you for one day for reverting changes without discussion.
It is very questionable whether we want that category at all, let alone what the proper name for it might be. But your addition of items to that category that were clearly wrong is not appreciated. - Thank you for your comments on IRC. I think it is important to note that I am the only sysop here who has had a "request for desysopping" recently. If I had blocked you for reverting a sysop, that would indeed be bad. I blocked you for going against the little dialog that had been in place when you made your reverts (compounding my confusion was your misleading edit summary.)
- Looking again at the draft policy for WT:BLOCK, it seems that yes, I overstepped the boundary again. For that, I do offer you my personal apology. Please keep in mind that not all sysops here are as hasty as I tend to be. --Connel MacKenzie 05:42, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
You have started up again on a major project without consultation. You should start a discussion in the Beer parlour first. State what you intend to do and why, and explain how it would be useful to our users. Decide on a name for a category and say where in the hierarchy of categories you are thinking of putting it (So far you have just been adding words to a non-existant category).
