Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wiktionary. Thank you for your contributions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here! By the way, you can sign your comments on talk (discussion) pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~, which automatically produces your name (or IP number if you're not signed in) and the current date and time. If you have any questions, then see the help pages, add a question to one of the discussion rooms or ask me on my talk page.

Well, that's the boilerplate welcome message. Concerning [[ecoartist]], a coupla questions: (1) What are those references? Are they works that define the term? (2) Some of the references' ISBNs are wrong (all ISBNs must have 10 or 13 alphanumeric characters, some of yours have fewer), and some of the titles look wrong (e.g., use "johanson" in lowercase and spelled like that). (3) Are there really three different senses of ecoartist in use, not merely as defined in some book? (See the CFI.) I'm not saying that there are not — I haven't checked — but I'm wondering whether you are actually claiming that there are three senses in use.

In any event, welcome to Wiktionary. Hope you continue to make good-quality contributions.—msh210 20:24, 2 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
