Interwikis

[edit]

The purpose of interwiki links such as [[fr:hepatocarcinoma]] is to provide a way to see an entry for the same word written in another language. Interwikis should only be added to link to entries that already exist in other wiktionaries for the exact same spelling.

If you want to add a translation, you go to the "Translations" section and add it using the {{t}} template (there's usually a form that does this for you automatically), though, in this case, the translations for hepatocarcinoma would be identical to those for hepatoma, so you would add the translation there.

Of course, French would probably use something like hépatocarcinome or carcinome hépatocellulaire, not hepatocarcinoma or hèpatocarcinoma. Chuck Entz (talk) 18:13, 22 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
