[edit]From fyt (“throat”). (Can this(+) etymology be sourced?) Influenced by and alternatively borrowed from Latin factūra (“making, manufacture”) (compare Romanian Romanian făptură (“creature, form”), Italian Italian fattura (“make”)).[1]
