     The fact that FI's initiative was not shared with the coalition partners is confirmed by Deputy Prime Minister Tajani himself: "There is an open debate, our proposal is being presented to our allies and then to everyone else. We want to make a constructive contribution because there is a similar vision among the center-right, but it was important to put it in black and white right away".
