[edit]Inherited from Sanskrit प्रीति (prīti). Cognate with Ashokan Prakrit 𐨤𐨿𐨪𐨁𐨟𐨁 (priti, Shahbazgarhi), 𑀧𑀻𑀢𑀻 (pītī, Girnar), 𑀧𑀺𑀢𑀺 (piti, Kalsi).
