  3. (reflexive with "en" pronoun) to care
    Ma maman est la seule qui s’en préoccupe.
    My mom is the only one who cares.
  4. (reflexive with "en" pronoun, chiefly in the negative) to mind, to be bothered
    Vous empochez les pilules de l’homme endormi. L’homme ne s’en préoccupe pas. De toute façon, vous en avez probablement plus besoin que lui.
    You pocket the sleeping man's pills. The man doesn't mind. In any case, you probably need them more than he does.
