[edit]Used chiefly in phrases consisting of a verb of motion or position followed by chun siobarnaí:
- cuir/lig chun siobarnaí ― to neglect, allow to fall into disrepair
- dul/gabháil/imigh/siúil chun siobarnaí ― to go to waste; to get mixed up; to go awry, go wrong; to fall into neglect
