  1. (transitive) To make (something) skanky (foul, unhygienic or unpleasant).
  2. (intransitive, transitive) To behave skanky or to make (a place) seem skanky (like a lewd and disreputable person, often female, especially an unattractive person with an air of tawdry promiscuity).
