Etymology

From Arabic اِثْنَا عَشَرَ (iṯnā ʕašara). Equivalent to tn(ejn) +‎ -ax. Compare Egyptian Arabic اِتْنَاشَر (itnāšar), Moroccan Arabic تناش (tnāš).
