  1. Taurica; the lands that once belonged to the Crimean Khanate, later the Taurida Governorate after the Russian conquest of Crimea, now belonging to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and parts of the Kherson Oblast and the Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
