Compare سكن (sakana, to dwell, to live), הֵכִין (heḵin, to establish, set up), hif'il of כ־ו־ן (k-w-n), and 𐎌𐎋𐎐 (škn, to establish), Š-stem of 𐎋𐎐 (kn, to be).
