丹田 (traditional and simplified, Pinyin dāntián)
- dantian
- Field of elixir: a point 3 finger breadths below the navel, in the center of the body. Energy center: this point is also known as the Sea of Qi (气海) or the locus of the life force of the human body.
- Any one of the 3 dantian, namely, the upper dantian (上丹田) between the eyebrows, the center dantian (中丹田) at the solar plexus, or the lower dantian (下丹田) below the navel
