      Sore wa hana no hone ya nankotsu ga magatta mama naotte shimatta tame desu. Kono yō na shōjō o shabi arui wa chinkyūsei bikotsu kossetsu to iimasu.
      This is a consequence of the bones and cartilage of the nose healing while still bent. Such a condition is called a “twisted nose” or an obsolete nasal bone fracture.
