Literally meaning 'neck and leg fracture'. Probably corrupted from Yiddish הצלחה און ברכה (hatslokhe un brokhe, success and blessing), from Hebrew הַצְלָחָה וּבְרָכָה (hatzlakhá u-v'rakhá, success and blessing).
