It's not a adjective. There is no such word in English. In the Russian language : бесплатный, бесполезный, жалкий, ленивый, незначительный, несерьезно относиться, неудачный, ничто, освобождать, притуплять, пустяк, свободный, тупой.--Adamsa123 (talk) 18:35, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

All these Russian words belong to different parts of speech. I can't verify the meaning of the word using the Russian translations. is this both adjective and adverb?
