Harmless but that's a phras from a famous cartoon, meaning: "It looks like (it's going to) rain" (said by Pyatachok (Пятачок) the Pig in the Russian version of Winnie-the-Pooh (Винни Пух)). --Anatoli ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 02:40, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

English version here (last 10 seconds or so). In the book it's merely implied that CR said it:

[Pooh says:] “A pity. Well, now, if you walk up and down with your umbrella, saying, ‘Tut-tut, it looks like rain,’ I shall do what I can by singing a little Cloud Song, such as a cloud might sing... Go!”

So while you [i.e. Christopher Robin] walked up and down and wondered if it would rain, Winnie-the-Pooh sang this song:

Hmm, there are several ways to say "Is it going to rain?" - Будет (ли) дождь?, Пойдёт (ли) дождь? but not "Кажется дождь собирается", which is not even a question but a statement. --Anatoli ^{(обсудить}/^вклад) 23:27, 10 June 2014 (UTC)

Nevermind, I misunderstood you. I thought you meant that "кажется дождь собирается" is a mistranslation of "it looks like rain". --WikiTiki89 01:10, 11 June 2014 (UTC)
