All google hits are Russian. Most refer to it as a Buryat dish, but a Buryat dictionary confirms that it is written (and pronounced) хуушуур with two 'у's as well. Crom daba (talk) 11:07, 8 November 2016 (UTC)

- I see at least four books using this spelling, all Russian. I also see some Russian books using хуушуур, having borrowed it from Mongolian or a related language. So I have created a Russian section at хуушуур, and made хушуур an alternative spelling of that Russian word. I think that resolves this. - -sche (discuss) 01:40, 3 May 2017 (UTC)
