@Wikitiki89, Angr: Is this a reduced form of פֿיסטאַשקע (fistashke) that fit with the new meaning "peanut" that somehow got introduced, or am I missing a separate Slavic origin? —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 00:09, 29 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

The meaning "peanut" is found in Polish fistaszek, but I can't find any evidence of such a clipped form in Slavic, or in any other language for that matter. --WikiTiki89 00:20, 29 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
