No, it’s a separate symbol, just as much as Russian а is different from English a, or Japanese 、 is different from English ,, or Arabic Template:ARchar is different from English ?. CJK ？ may look like our ?, but it is much wider: English ?????????? vs. Chinese ？？？？？？？？？？. —Stephen 13:04, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
