.[edit]

This post says the term came into the American lexicon in the 1910s, and then says it was from World War II. Which is it? 70.208.87.101 21:23, 1 August 2014 (UTC)Callie[reply]

It says it was re-adopted or reinforced during World War II, not that it is from World War II. — Ungoliant (falai) 22:07, 1 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Power vs electricity[edit]

@Equinox Most RVs have propane tanks, and these are still available when boondocking. Most camp/RV sites with hookups (at least that I've seen) don't have a way to refill the propane tanks; you have to take them to a location that sells propane whether you are boondocking or not. Maybe there are some RVs with natural gas connections? --2600:100F:B107:3CA2:C025:808:968A:5D97 15:58, 13 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
