Yes, it is almost always spelled Neanderthal. Wyang (talk) 05:30, 12 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

OK, translations could be moved to Neanderthal but there should be no duplication. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 05:52, 12 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

I moved all translations to Neanderthal. Unless someone has evidence to the contrary, this lowercase form could be further reduced to a mere lower case form of, with no definitions. Data: Neanderthal, neanderthal at Google Ngram Viewer, Neanderthal tendencies, neanderthal tendencies at Google Ngram Viewer, Neanderthal skull, neanderthal skull at Google Ngram Viewer, Neanderthals, neanderthals at Google Ngram Viewer. --Dan Polansky (talk) 13:06, 18 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
I went ahead and reduced the entry to a minimum alternative letter-case form of Neanderthal, where all the info such as pron and ety is to be found. --Dan Polansky (talk) 14:11, 18 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
