Rfv-sense: "A war promoting such a change." which refers to sense #1. I don't see how the war/offensive itself can be called a regime change. I suspect it's just plain wrong, but I don't mind it sitting here for 30 days. Mglovesfun (talk) 04:26, 1 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
