Transwikis from other Wiktionaries

• Voting on:
  1. Either:
     1. asking a developer to enable transwikis from other Wiktionaries, or
     2. not enabling these.
  2. Either:
     1. instructing importers to use this feature only for entries that will be re-formatted immediately after transwiki, and deleting such entries if they are not re-formatted immediately (since they can always be re-transwiki'd if need be), or
     2. not instructing this (i.e., leaving it to importers' discretion).
  3. For entries, either:
     1. using the Transwiki: namespace as a "staging ground" (like with transwikis from Wikipedia), or
     2. importing them directly into the main namespace (since they'll be reformatted immediately), or
     3. not specifying this (i.e., leaving it to importers' discretion).
• Note that #3 only affects entries, not templates and appendices and such. (Feel free to express an opinion on this, but adding it to the vote seems like overkill.)
• This is a modified approval vote. You may vote for any combination of the options below; the one with the greatest approval will be accepted, provided that it has the approval of at least 75% of those voting. If no option has the approval of at least 75% of those voting, then option A (no change) will win by default.
• Technically speaking, there are 12 permutations of the above, but only 6 of these make sense, since we can't specify policy without having the tool, and we can't use the main namespace for transwikis that won't get reformatted immediately. Only the 6 sensible permutations are listed below.
