çuk (aorist çuka, participle çukur)

  1. I hit (generally with a hammer-shaped tool in order to perform a specific task)
  2. I sieve, separate (cobs, grapes etc. by hitting them with a tool)
  3. I shake (a tree to make its fruits fall on the ground)
  4. I mix (lime or other binding material vigorously with an axe-shaped tool)
