Ancient Greek

Etymology

Because of the phonetic similarity and their semantic proximity, this word, μύρρα (múrrha) and μυρίκη (muríkē) are usually considered to be mutually cognate Semitic loans without further argumentation. However, the variation μυρτ-/μυρσ- points to a Lua error in Module:parameters at line 290: Parameter 2 should be a valid language, etymology language or family code; the value "pregrc" is not valid. See WT:LOL, WT:LOL/E and WT:LOF. origin.
