  1. Vileyka (a city in Minsk Oblast, Belarus)
  2. (historical) Naujoji Vilnia (town in the past and an eldership of Vilnius now, which houses a psychiatric hospital); used euphemistically to mean a psychiatric hospital
    ці ты дурны́, ці ты з Віле́йкі?ci ty durný, ci ty z Viljéjki?are you stupid, or are you crazy? (literally, “are you stupid, or are you from [the] Naujoji Vilnia [facility]?”)
